Basic Ticket Terminal Training Course and Certification

You will learn how to operate a lottery ticket terminal and the proper procedures to sell and validate lottery tickets.  Course content also includes the terminal and its care, lottery products, redeeming lottery prizes, reports and accounting, provincial-specific content which includes policies, as well as the mandatory exam. You are required to take this course in order to operate a lottery ticket terminal. If you are a store owners or manger, only take the Advance Course.
